Uncle Flatty

Uncle Flatty plays Blue Collar Americana Alt-Country Rock-n-Roll. The music we create ranges in feel from the unhinged power of Neil Young's electric eras to the down-homey rawness of the Gourds; from the sometimes straight ahead rock of Wilco to the introspective minimalism of the Velvet Underground. Pedal steel, harmonica, mandolin, and fiddle blend with a 4 piece rock band to redefine the traditional sound and feel of decades of American musical traditions.
